Our mission

Our mission is to bring back the human touch to digital communication. We believe that real growth starts with self-awareness. That is why we do not offer a means of control, but a mirror. By showing professionals how they really communicate, we enable them to respond faster, more personally and with greater impact.

How it began

OutlookStats began with a specific challenge from my brother. He wanted to make a firm promise to his company’s customers: a response within one hour. But he soon discovered that this ambition was difficult to measure. The tools were lacking. Because although Outlook gives you folders and flags, it offers no insight into your own behaviour.

A promise such as ‘response within an hour’ is powerful, but without data, it remains a good intention. OutlookStats makes this ambition measurable and achievable:

Real-time monitoring: See at a glance whether you are still on track to meet your goals.
Trend analysis: Find out on which days or at what times the 1-hour limit is under pressure, so you can make adjustments in time.
Objective evidence: No more gut feelings, but hard figures that prove that you really do keep your promise to customers.

With over 12 years of experience as a software developer in Eindhoven, I love building tools that make a real difference. OutlookStats started at the kitchen table, where I was looking for a solution to make my brother’s customer promise measurable.
