These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of OutlookStats, operated by Smarter Code (“we”, “our”, or “us”), based in the Netherlands. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
Description of service
OutlookStats is a web application that analyzes email response times from your Microsoft Outlook account. The service connects to your email via the Microsoft Graph API, processes email metadata, and provides statistics and reports.
Account and access
- You must sign in with a valid Microsoft account to use OutlookStats.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must grant OutlookStats the required Microsoft Graph API permissions for the service to function.
- You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Subscriptions and payments
- OutlookStats offers paid subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated.
- Payments are processed by Mollie. By subscribing, you also agree to Mollie’s terms.
- New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
Data and privacy
- We only access email metadata (sender, recipient, timestamps) — we never read or store the content of your emails.
- Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
- You retain ownership of all your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Availability and support
- We aim to keep OutlookStats available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.

Intellectual property
- OutlookStats, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of Smarter Code.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
Limitation of liability
- OutlookStats is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
- You may stop using OutlookStats and cancel your subscription at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
